Exchanging Talents is a great way to share your skills with another mom in exchange for skills you might need, but don't feel are an area of strength for you. Many new friendships have developed between women who have chosen to exchange talents.

For example...

Let's say you're a mom who enjoys cooking. You would really like to have some new window treatments to help make your home look more cozy. However, you just can't afford to spend the money right now. You meet a mom who loves to sew and because she has teens, is rarely ever able to get a meal on the table. The two of you talk and decide to help each other out. Cooking Mom prepares an agreed upon number of freezer meals for Sewing Mom. And Sewing Mom sews your new window treatments.

Talent Exchanges take place among women all over the world. With a little creativity, they can be a smart, fun and a real blessing for moms who exchange.
